in the introduction the writer makes the brother seem as a respect young kid unlike his classmates. he also made us see how mature he was for his age since he has  been in a lot of mishaps at a very young age.


the tone of the conclusion made me feel sad for Kenneth. since he lost his brother, he was told by his parents to gather up some of his things and by doing that he saw that his brother kept the book he dedicated to Paul and Kenneth does not know if he read it or if he did or even liked it.
